LeBreton Flats in Ottawa
East Flats is a five high-rise building mixed-use development by Claridge Homes currently in development. The concept includes land at 133 Booth Street, 301 Lett Street, and 324 Lett Street. The development is expected to take 15 years to complete. The tallest tower in the East Flats Phase will stand at 45-storeys, there will also be two 30-storey towers and two 25-storey towers. This development will be located on the eastern edge of LeBreton Flats.
The development is intended to include more than 1.5 million sq ft of residential space. This space would include a variety of condominium sizes, affordable housing and a child-care facility, with a total of about 1,950 residential units. There will be about 230,000 sq ft of commercial space which will include a grocery store, restaurants and other neighbourhood uses. The O-Train's Pimisi Station will be within walking distance of this development.
