383 Albert Street in Ottawa
Claridge Moon is a new luxury condo development that will be located at 383 Albert Street in Downtown Ottawa by Claridge Homes. The building is currently in the pre-construction phases but will be located above the O-Train's Lyon Station at 383 Albert Street. There will also be a large conveniently located grocery store on the main level of the building.
Moon is part of a three-phase development which will include three mixed-use high-rise towers at heights of 22 storeys, 27 storeys and 28 storeys. The other two phases will be rental condominium buildings. The final development will include 582 dwelling units.
Moon will stand at 28 storeys high with 254 units available for purchase with a nine-storey commercial-user podium on the bottom of the building. while the 22 storey & 27 storey buildings will be rental dwellings.
The entire development will include 359 underground parking spaces in a 4 storey garage. This is significantly fewer parking stalls than typically required due to the development's close location to the LRT.
