Demographics

This culturally diverse neighbourhood is suitable for all families.  The neighbourhood is newer with over 80% of the townhomes, semi-detached and single family homes built within the last 10 years. 26% of Brookside’s young residents are between the ages of just a few months and 14 years old. 

There are several great schools close by including; South March Public School (Brookside), Kanata Public Elementary School, Morgan's Grant Montessori School (Kanata/Ottawa) and Jack Donohue Public School.
