Bella Vista is a charming neighbourhood located in Cumberland Township bordering Orleans in the east of Ottawa.  It is south of the Ottawa River, south of highway 174, and north of Old Montreal Road.

Demographics

Bella Vista residents are French and English speaking.  There are older and mature couples that worked or have retired from jobs in public service and manufacturing.  The neighbourhood consists of some young children, however, kids are typically older teenagers and young adults that are getting ready to leave the nest with approximately 18% of Residents aged between 15 and 29 years old.

Lifestyle
