Graywood Developments Ltd is currently working on bringing The Theodore to 417 10 Street Northwest. This will be a 10-storey development for a total of 114 units, with the option of 1 to 3 bedrooms. Prices for the units will range from $442,900 to $800,900. The Theodore boasts many windows, underground parking, a lobby with lounge area, bike storage, outdoor fireplace, and a rooftop terrace. The units are currently selling with an estimated completion in 2022.
