Southminster Condos is re-branded as Stone Abbey Condos

You may have heard of the Southminster Condos, a future development to be built at 15 Aylmer Avenue. The development by Windmill Developments has had its name changed to Stone Abbey Condos. Stone Abbey Condos will feature 18 condos and town houses in the beautiful Old Ottawa South, just steps from the canal.

Stoney Abbey is located in Old Ottawa South. The neighbourhood is such a great place to live. It has clean and safe parks, skating rinks, local indoor pool and water parks provide great fun for children and pets. The Rideau Canal separates Stoney Abbey Condos from The Glebe making Lansdowne Park is just minutes away. Enjoy great restaurants, sporting events and farmers markets. In the winter, you’ll want to grab your skates and take advantage of the Rideau Canal.
